What if a part is discovered to be damaged or defective?
During assembly, if a part is discovered to be damaged or defective, we will call and
order the parts to be sent directly to the customer. When the part arrives, the
customer will call Michael's Assembly Service to schedule a return visit to finish the job.
The assembler will NOT open cartons that are obviously crushed or damaged. It is the
customers responsibility to inspect cartons for obvious damage at the time of delivery
and immediately notify the delivery personnel of said damages and ask for
replacements to be sent.
Michaels Assembly Service is not responsible for damaged or lost parts by other parties.
